About me

I’m Faten El-Gredly, also known as FATEMINA—a Spanish-Egyptian ballerina with a deep-rooted passion for art in all its forms. Growing up in a creative family, inspired by my father’s artistic talent, I was surrounded by imagination and craftsmanship, which shaped the foundation of my journey.

Ten years ago, while living in Bahrain, I brought Fatemina to life. What began as a heartfelt hobby—creating macrame jewelry for my friends and family—soon blossomed into a recognized brand. People began noticing my work, placing orders, and showing immense appreciation for the uniqueness of each piece. Encouraged by this success, I expanded Fatemina into home decor and fashion, crafting timeless, handmade pieces that reflect my love for creativity and individuality.

My two daughters have been my greatest inspiration. One is a performer, the other a model and dancer, and both love showcasing my creations during their performances. Seeing them wear my designs fills me with pride and drives my passion further. Through Fatemina, I have the privilege of sharing my artistry with the world, connecting with those who value handmade, meaningful work.

Five years ago, Fatemina took a bold step and moved to Hurghada, Egypt. It was here that the brand truly flourished, becoming more than just a business—it became a mission. I began collaborating with incredible women who were eager to grow, learn, and find purpose. These women—students, mothers, daughters, and sole providers—needed someone to believe in them, and Fatemina became that beacon of hope.

Today, Fatemina is more than a brand; it’s a community. It’s a safe haven where women are empowered to express themselves, develop their skills, and support one another. Together, we’re creating not just beautiful, handmade pieces but a legacy of strength, creativity, and sisterhood. At Fatemina, we celebrate art, individuality, and the power of women supporting women.
